Thanksgiving Traditions

Every Thanksgiving, the Krull/Young family have traditions we follow. It brings about happy memories of wounds  fights  good times we've had.

(Well, sometimes we do get hurt. And there are sib fights. But it's all good.)

1-The Krulls will come down to TN, or the Youngs will come up to OH. We spend every Thanksgiving with each other, and switch houses. This year, it's our turn. That is why I'm sitting here writing this while Cousin Autumn is talking to her boyfriend.

2-We will make monkey bread for breakfast. For those of you who don't know, monkey bread is sticky, sweet, and easy to pull apart and eat a lot of. It's one of my favorite traditions.

3-We will play Apples to Apples. 'Nuff said. Totally funny.

4-The older kids, except Sarah, who's sensible, will try to pull an all-nighter. I remember the one time it worked and then we had to walk all around the Creation Museum the next day........WHJDXIAJHBGKUFHUD.

5-Aunt Amber and Mom will laugh so hard we'll wonder if they are okay. Sanity is useless. Laughter is good for all.

6-We will make a good private joke. e.g. The Polly Pocket Quotes and Grandma and the Model T.

7-We will have an amazing time. It's true. I love Thanksgiving.

Me and my second oldest cousin, Cassidy.
